CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your trip are eligible for a 50% refund, or where possible we may be able to move your booking to another date.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your trip are non-refundable.

• Flights and flight tickets are non-refundable once booked. Where possible, we may be able to request a date change, subject to availability and airline conditions.

• Private trips and other specially arranged services may have different cancellation conditions. These will be advised when applicable.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Trip itineraries, timings and the order of activities may occasionally change due to weather, operational requirements, local authorities or circumstances outside our control.

Third-party services such as photographers and optional extras may operate independently from Sphinx Tours. Any purchases made directly with these providers are separate transactions.
